摘  要:【目的】研究绵羊胎儿期的毛囊组织结构和发育变化,为调控毛囊生长发育、提高羊毛产量和品质提供基础。【方法】采集胎龄45、55、65、75、85、95、105、115、125、135、145 d的33只中国美利奴羊(新疆军垦型)胎羊体侧部皮肤组织,每个发育时期重复3只,制作皮肤毛囊石蜡组织切片,经HE染色,显微镜下观察不同发育阶段胎羊的皮肤毛囊组织形态,计算初级毛囊密度、次级毛囊密度、次级毛囊数与初级毛囊数的比值(S/P)。【结果】胎龄45 d时皮肤表皮层、真皮层、皮下结缔组织开始发育;胎龄55 d皮肤结构基本发育完全;胎龄65 d时初级毛囊开始发育,形成囊泡并逐渐增大;胎龄75 d时初级毛囊已经形成;胎龄85 d时次级毛囊开始发生,初级毛囊数量迅速增加;胎龄105 d在原始次级毛囊开始出现再分化次级毛囊;胎龄135~145 d初级毛囊和次级毛囊发育成熟;胎龄85~145 d初级毛囊密度随着胎龄的增长而减小,次级毛囊密度随着胎龄的增长而增大,S/P值随着胎龄的增加而逐渐增大。【结论】胎龄65 d为初级毛囊发育期,85 d为次级毛囊发育关键期,105 d为再分化次级毛囊发育期。【Objective】The present paper aimed to study the structure and developmental changes of hair follicles during the fetal period of sheep,and provide basis for regulating the periodic growth of hair follicles and improving wool yield and quality.【Method】33 developmental fetal sheep skin tissues of Chinese Merino sheep(Xinjiang Junken type)were collected from 45,55,65,75,85,95,105,115,125,135 and 145 days fetus.The paraffin sections of skin and hair follicles were prepared with 3 individuals each period.After HE staining,the skin and hair follicle morphology of fetal sheep in 11 developmental stages were observed under a microscope.The primary follicle density,sec-ondary follicle density and secondary to primary follicle ratio(S/P)were counted and statistical analyzed.【Result】The developmental time of skin epidermis,dermis,and subcutaneous connective tissue was 45-day fetus.The skin was developed completely in 55-day fetus.Prima-ry hair follicles began to develop into the vesicles in 65-day fetus.Primary hair follicles were formed in 75-day fetus.Secondary hair follicles began to develop in 85-day fetus,and the number of primary hair follicles was increased rapidly.In 105-day fetus,the primary secondary follicles began to differentiate into secondary follicles.The primary and secondary hair follicles were mature in 135 to 145-day fetus.The density of primary hair follicles was decreased from 85 to 145-day fetus.However,the density of secondary hair follicles and S/P value were increased from 85 to 145-day fetus.【Conclusion】The developmental time of primary hair follicles was 65-day fetus,the developmental time of secondary hair follicle was 85-day fe-tus,and redifferentiation time of secondary hair follicles was 105-day fetus.
