摘  要:本研究旨在探讨以茶渣为主料栽培虎奶菇并优化栽培料配方。以茶渣作为虎奶菇栽培主料,设计12个栽培基质配方处理,考察各配方的菌丝生长情况、产量及经济效益。在菌丝的培养方面,不同配方的培养料虎奶菇料菌丝体都可以正常生长,配方3、4、5生长速度均大于CK,且差异显著(P<0.05),其中配方4的菌丝生长速度最快,达到0.395 cm/d;在产量方面,配方3、4、5、6、7的产量高于CK,且差异显著(P<0.05),其中配方3的产量最高,达到213.83 g/袋。在经济效益方面,配方5的经济效益最高,达到1.372元/袋,比CK(0.485元/袋)提高了182.89%。因此,添加66%茶渣的配方5栽培虎奶菇能取得较好的经济效益,可在生产上示范应用。The purpose of this study was to explore the cultivation of Pleurotus tuber-regium Sing with tea residue as main material and optimize the cultivation material formula.Tea residue was used as the main material for the cultivation of Pleurotus tuber-regium sinensis,and 12 formulations of cultivation substrates were designed to investigate the mycelium growth,yield and economic benefits of each formula.Mycelia of Pleurotus tuber-regium with different formulas could grow normally.The growth rates of formula 3,4 and 5 were higher than CK with significant differences(P<0.05).The mycelia of formula 4 had the fastest growth rate,reaching 0.395 cm/d.The yield of formula 3,4,5,6 and 7 was higher than that of CK with significant differences(P<0.05).Formula 3 had the highest yield,reaching 213.83 g/bag.In terms of economic benefit,formula 5 has the highest economic benefit,reaching 1.372 yuan/bag,which is 182.89%higher than CK(0.485 yuan/bag).The formula 5 with 66%tea residue can achieve better economic benefit cultivation of Pleurotus tuber-regium and can be used in production demonstration.
