二氧化锆全瓷冠治疗上前牙牙体缺失的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠治疗上前牙牙体缺失的效果。方法抽取2018年7月至2019年7月山西省中西医结合医院收治的上前牙牙体缺失患者197例(281颗),采用随机数表将其分为两组。对照组98例(138颗)给予钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复,观察组99例(143颗)行二氧化锆全瓷冠治疗。比较两组治疗效果及相关指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.98%,97/99)高于对照组(89.80%,88/98),P<0.05。修复后6个月,两组龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)升高但观察组低于对照组(t=37.081,P<0.05),局部龈沟液(GCF)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)降低且观察组低于对照组(t=26.365、26.934、7.128,P<0.05);观察组自觉满意度评分高于对照组(t=13.536,P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠治疗上前牙牙体缺失疗效显著,可有效改善咀嚼功能,提高患者自觉满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of zirconia all-porcelain crown in the treatment of anterior tooth loss.Methods A total of 197 patients(281 pieces)with anterior tooth loss admitted to Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table.Ninety-eight cases(138 pieces)in the control group were treated with cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crowns,and 99 cases in the observation group(143 pieces)were treated with zirconia all-porcelain crowns.The clinical efficacy and related index levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.98%,97/99)was higher than that in the control group(89.80%,88/98),P<0.05.Six months after repair,the alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in the gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups increased but which in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=37.081,P<0.05);local gingival crevicular fluid(GCF),plaque index(PLI),and gingival index(GI)decreased and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=26.365,26.934,7.128,P<0.05).The conscious satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=13.536,P<0.05).Conclusions Zirconium all-porcelain crown has a significant effect on the treatment of anterior tooth loss,which can effectively improve the masticatory function and improve patient self-satisfaction.
