有序与失序之间:社会弱力场对网络非理性表达的“准静止态”调适

摘　　要：互联网的高速发展为非理性表达提供了新的平台和渠道。作为非常态的冲突形式,网络非理性表达通常被认为将导致社会失序。然而,在言语转化为失序行为的路径中,其转化动力可能受到表达衍生的分解力、群体效应的离心力以及来自复杂外部环境的阻力共同的弱化作用,从而难以破坏社会秩序。三种力相互作用形成“弱力场”,使网络非理性表达无法转化为失序行为,但又处于不可测的风险之中,呈现介于有序与失序之间的“准静止态”。为建构理想的有序社会,“弱力场”的调适需与其他治理理念相互配合,共同发挥作用。The rapid development of the Internet has provided a new platform and channel for the irrational expression.As an abnormal form of conflict,the irrational expression on the Internet is generally deemed to cause social disorders.However,the driving forces,which turn oral speeches into irrational behaviors,may be weakened by the following factors:the resolving force from the catharsis,the centrifugal force of individuals among groups and the resistance from a complex external environment,making it difficult to disrupt social orders.The interaction of these three forces forms a weak-force field,which prevents the online irrational expression from being turned into disorderly behaviors,but is at unpredictable risks.The condition exhibits a“quasi-static”state between order and disorder.To construct an ideal and orderly society,the adjustment of weak-force field should cooperate with the other concepts of governance and play valid roles jointly.
