技术竞争导向下的创新投入与企业成长性——来自科技型中小微企业的调查数据

摘　　要：基于我国科技型中小微企业的调查问卷数据,本文研究了创新投入与企业成长的关系和作用机理,并探讨了内外部创新环境对二者关系的异质性影响。研究结果表明,创新投入与科技型中小微企业成长性正相关;进一步研究发现,提高竞争优势和降低外部融资约束是创新投入影响科技型中小微企业成长性的中介路径;内部知识吸收和外部创新共享具有调节效应,均对创新投入与科技型中小微企业成长性的正向关系具有促进作用。本文的研究为我国创新战略实施与企业投资决策优化提供了经验证据和决策参考。Using the survey data of technological MSMEs in China,this paper examines the relationship between innovation input and corporation growth,as well as the mechanisms between them,also tests the heterogeneous influence of internal and external innovative environment on the relationship.The results show that innovation input is conducive to the growth of technological MSMEs.And further studies find that innovation input would increase the growth of technological MSMEs through the paths of enhancing the competitive strength and reducing the financing constrains;knowledge absorption inside the corporation and innovation sharing among competitors have the moderating effects,both promoting the positive relationship between innovation input and growth of technological MSMEs.The results provide experimental evidence and decision reference for the implementation of national innovation strategy and improving the corporate investment decision.
