摘  要:以中药虎杖为原料,分别利用超声波辅助提取法和酶法辅助超声波提取法制备虎杖提取物Ⅰ~Ⅱ,采用失重法和电化学法研究虎杖提取物Ⅰ~Ⅱ在盐酸介质中对A3碳钢的防腐蚀效果。结果表明,虎杖提取物对A3碳钢的防腐蚀效果受温度和提取物质量浓度的影响较大,且虎杖提取物Ⅰ的缓蚀效果优于虎杖提取物Ⅱ,在温度为10℃、提取物质量浓度为200 mg/L时,虎杖提取物Ⅰ对A3碳钢的缓蚀率最高为84.86%。极化曲线与电化学阻抗谱的结果表明,虎杖提取物对A3碳钢的缓蚀机理为几何覆盖效应,虎杖提取物为混合型缓蚀剂。The ultrasonic and enzymatic assisted ultrasonic extraction were used to prepare Polygonum cuspidatum extract Ⅰ and Ⅱ from a traditional Chinese medicine of Polygonum cuspidatum, respectively. The weight loss and electrochemical method were applied to study the effect on anti-corrosion of A3 carbon steel in HCl medium. The results showed that the effect of Polygonum cuspidatum extract on anti-corrosion of A3 carbon steel was significantly influenced by temperature and extract mass concentration. The effect of Polygonum cuspidatum extract Ⅰ was better than that of extract Ⅱ. The maximum anti-corrosion rate of Polygonum cuspidatum extract Ⅰ was as high as 84.86% at 10 ℃ with a mass concentration of 200 mg/L. The results of polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectrum showed that the inhibition mechanism of Polygonum cuspidatum extract on A3 carbon steel was geometric coverage effect so that Polygonum cuspidatum extract is a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor.
