小切口摘除加人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障的临床效果及对术后视力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口摘除加人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障的临床效果及对术后视力的影响。方法将100例白内障患者根据简单随机化法分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规白内障摘除术加人工晶状体植入术治疗,试验组给予小切口摘除加人工晶状体植入术治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果术后,试验组的泪液分泌、散光、眼压均低于对照组,视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组的生活质量各项评分及总分均高于术前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口摘除加人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障患者的效果显著,可促进患者术后视力的提高,且降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract and its influence on postoperative vision.Methods A total of 100 patients with cataract were divided into control group and experimental group by the simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,while the experimental group was treated with small incision extraction and intraocular lens implantation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After operation,the tear secretion,astigmatism and intraocular pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the vision was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of quality of life and total score in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The small incision extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract patients has significant effect,which can promote the improvement of postoperative vision and reduce the incidence of complications.
