摘　　要：针对编织布破损人工检测效率低下和误判率高等问题,开展基于LabVIEW Vision的编织布破损检测系统开发具有工程应用价值。文中是在机器视觉检测技术研究基础上开展的编织布破损检测工程应用。首先通过对视觉检测算法的研究确定了灰度变换—图像滤波—阈值分割—形态学处理的缺陷识别方案。进而,进行了系统的硬件搭建,通过对试拍摄图像的灰度分布完成了光源的布置,对工业相机镜头的视场、焦距和最大光圈数参数进行了计算和选型。最后,利用LabVIEW Vision软件进行了编织布破损检测系统软件搭建和基于缺陷识别方案的工程应用。Since the detection of weaving-fabric damage by manual check is inefficient and has high rate of misjudgment,the damage detection system based on LabVIEW Vision has wide potential in various projects.This article,with the focus on the machine-vision technology serves as an application on the weave-fabric damage detection in terms of engineering.Firstly,the visual detection algorithm is explored and the damage-recognition scheme is worked out by gray image-image filtering-threshold segmentation-morphological processing.Then,the hardware system is set up,the light source is arranged by evaluating the gray distribution of the trial image.The view field,focal length and maximum aperture of the industrial camera lens are calculated and selected.Finally,the LabVIEW Vision software is used to set up the weaving-fabric damage detection system,and the scheme based on damage identification is carried out in the field of engineering.
