摘 要:针对小口径武器结构设计的技术要求,提出一种与武器耳轴同轴布置的扭簧式平衡机。该平衡机利用扭转弹簧提供的扭转力矩来抵消武器在俯仰过程中起落部分的重力矩,以此减小重力矩对武器操控带来的负面影响。以遥控武器站为对象,通过建立遥控武器站的虚拟样机模型,对遥控武器站俯仰过程中重力矩、平衡机力矩以及不平衡力矩的变化情况和到达指定射角火炮起落部分停止运动时武器系统的稳定性进行了分析。由仿真结果可知,新型的扭簧式平衡机能够很好地平衡重力矩,并在火炮起落部分停止运动时遥控武器站具有良好的稳定性。A torsion spring equilibrator with a coaxial arrangement with the weapon trunnion was proposed in response to the technical requirements for the design of small-caliber weapon structures.The equilibrator was attached to the trunnion and uses the torsional torque provided by the torsional spring to offset the gravitational torque of the lifting and falling part of the weapon in the pitching process,thus reducing the negative impact of the gravitational torque on the handling of the weapon.Based on the remotely operated weapon stations,the virtual prototype was established to analyze the change of gravitational torque,equilibrator torque and unbalanced torque in the pitching process of the remotely operated weapon station,and the stability of the weapon system when the gun landing section suspended to a specified angle of fire.According to the analysis of the simulation results,it can be seen that the novelty type of torsion spring equilibrator can balance the gravitational torque well,and has good stability when the gun landing section suspends at the specified angle of fire.The new torsion spring equilibrator meets the design requirements of the equilibrator for remotely operated weapon stations.
