重视胰腺癌诊治的全流程管理

摘　　要：胰腺癌的发病率逐年增高,远期疗效不佳,为了改善胰腺癌的预后,有必要推进以疾病为中心的诊疗模式,通过多学科团队的有机组合,达成早期诊断、分期、精准治疗、合理手术、对症支持治疗的全诊治流程管理,时刻跟踪和应用多组学分析、肿瘤免疫、靶向治疗和放化疗的最新进展,显著提高胰腺癌的远期疗效。The incidence of pancreatic cancer is increasing quickly,with dismal prognosis.In order to improve the longterm survival of pancreatic cancer,it is necessary to employ the diseasecentered multidisciplinary model in the diagnosis and treatment.Via effective combination of multidisciplinary team to achieve the whole journey management of diagnosis,staging,precision medicine,rational operation,and supportive care.Improvement of longterm survival could be accomplished as new advances of multiomics,tumor immunology,target therapy and chemoradiation therapy.
