摘　　要：RNA m^(6)A修饰是存在于真核细胞RNA上的一种甲基化修饰,通过m^(6)A修饰相关蛋白对信使RNA的调节,广泛参与细胞内RNA的许多生物学行为,参与多种细胞进程与疾病进展。研究表明,异常的RNA m^(6)A修饰能调控肝癌细胞的增殖、凋亡与转移等,与肝癌疾病进程密切相关。本文就RNA m^(6)A修饰参与信使RNA行为的相关机制及肝癌中RNA m^(6)A修饰如何参与肝癌的发生发展作一系统性综述。RNA m^(6)A modification is a methylation modification that exists on eukaryotic cell RNA.It regulates messenger RNA through m^(6)A modification-related proteins.It is widely involved in many biological behaviors of intracellular RNA,and is involved in various cellular processes and disease progressions.Many studies have shown that abnormal RNA m^(6)A modification can regulate the proliferation,replication,apoptosis and metastasis of liver cancer cells,which is closely associated with the progress of liver cancer disease.In this review,we systematically summerized the related mechanisms of RNA m^(6)A modification involved in messenger RNA behavior and how RNA m^(6)A modification participates in the occurrence and development of liver cancer.
