摘  要:“未来体育教师”是瑞典对于体育师范生的统称,包括体育专修生和体育兼修生两种类型,通常采用命题性知识与能力及绩效性知识与能力相统合的双元知识能力结构进行培育。运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,对瑞典“未来体育教师”双元知识能力培育结构进行了系统研究。研究指出:命题性知识与能力以专业通识教育为载体,对瑞典“未来体育教师”专业通识教育体系起着引领作用;绩效性知识与能力以专业实践教育为依托,对瑞典“未来体育教师”专业实践教育体系起着支持作用。在瑞典教师教育政策的保障下,两类知识能力通过命题引领、绩效支持、知识融合、能力共进,协同推动“未来体育教师”双元知识能力培育结构的有序运行,全程采用动态伴随形式的评价方式,及时反馈运行过程中存在的各类问题,即时改造和推动专业通识教育在“未来体育教师”双元知识能力培育结构运行机制中产生的效应,维护其他知识与能力学习机制的稳定及环境的可靠,促进了双元知识能力培育结构育人资源使用效率的最大化。瑞典经验可为我国体育教育专业结构的优化提供有质量的参考,对于丰富我国体育教育专业发展所需的国际素材、优化我国体育教师培育结构与机制、拓展体育教育比较研究的范围等方面具有积极的借鉴价值。“Future PE teacher”is a general term for PE normal students in Sweden,which includes two types,PE majors and part-time PE students.It is usually cultivated by the dual knowledge and ability structure of the combination of propositional knowledge and ability and performance knowledge and ability.By using the methods of literature,comparative analysis and logical reasoning,we conducted a systematic study on the dual knowledge and ability training structure “of future PE teachers”in Sweden.The study points out that thematic knowledge and ability take professional general education as the carrier and play a leading role in the professional general education system “of future PE teachers”in Sweden,while performance knowledge and ability are based on professional practical education.it plays a supporting role in the professional practical education system “of future PE teachers”in Sweden.Under the guarantee of Swedish teacher education policy,the two kinds of knowledge abilities jointly promote the orderly operation of the dual knowledge ability training structure “of future PE teachers”through propositional guidance,performance support,knowledge fusion and ability development.The whole process adopts the evaluation method of dynamic accompanying form,and feedback all kinds of problems in the process of operation in time.Immediately transform and promote the effect of professional general education in the operation mechanism of the dual knowledge ability training structure “of future PE teachers”,and maintain the stability of other knowledge and ability learning mechanisms and the reliability of the environment,it promotes the maximization of the efficiency of the use of resources in the dual knowledge ability cultivation structure.The experience of Sweden can provide a quality reference for the optimization of the professional structure of PE in China.it has positive reference value for enriching the international materials needed for the professional development of PE in China,optimizing the t
