多发性骨髓瘤肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭行连续性血液滤过的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨连续性血液滤过治疗多发性骨髓瘤肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年1月间陕西省铜川市人民医院收治的60例多发性骨髓瘤肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭患者。根据采用的治疗方法不同进行分组,其中,采用联合化疗治疗的30例患者纳入对照组,采用联合化疗和连续性血液滤过治疗的30例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的治疗效果和血钙、血尿酸含量等。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为93.3%,高于对照组患者的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血钙和血尿酸比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血钙和血尿酸均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论联合化疗基础上给予连续性血液滤过治疗多发性骨髓瘤肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭,可改善患者的治疗有效率及血钙、血尿酸含量。Objective To analyze the clinical efficcy of continuous hemofiltration in treatment of multiple myeloma nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure.Methods Sixty patients with multiple myeloma nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure who were treated at Tongchuan People’s Hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the treatment they received.Thirty patients receiving combination chemotherapy plus continuous hemofiltration were included in an observation group and 30 patients only receiving combination chemotherapy were included in a control group.Treatment efficacy,serum calcium and uric acid levels were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy rate was 93.3%in the treatment in the observation group which was higher than 66.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in serum calcium and uric acid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,serum calcium and uric acid levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical treatment of multiple myeloma nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure,combination chemotherapy plus continuous hemofiltration can improve the treatment efficacy and serum calcium and uric acid levels.
