RRM1在晚期非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨核苷酸还原酶调节因子1(Ribonuclease Reductase Modulator 1,RRM-1)在晚期非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测76例晚期NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中RRM1的表达水平,运用卡方检验、Kaplan Meier计算法分析其表达情况及临床意义。结果RRM1蛋白表达阳性率为44.74%,与患者的性别、病理、分化程度、临床分期及吸烟指数无关;吉西他滨化疗患者中RRM1表达阳性组的有效率(25%)低于阴性组(63.6%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RRM1表达阳性组的中位生存期(median survival time,MST)(10个月)低于阴性组(16个月),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论RRM1基因蛋白表达水平可作为晚期非小细胞肺癌患者预后判断的指标之一。Objectives:The main aims of this paper are to explore the expression of Ribonuclease Reductase Modulator 1(RRM1)and its clinical significance in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:The expression level of RRM1 in 76 advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients were analyzed using immunohistochemical methods and the expression as well as its clinical significance were analyzed usingχ~2 test and Kaplan Meier calculation.Results:The positive RRM1 protein expression rate was 44.74%and the expression was irrelevant to gender,pathology,differentiation degree,clinical stage and smoking index.The effect of gemcitabine chemotherapy for positive group(25%)was lower than that for negative group(63.6%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The median survival time for positive group(10 months)was lower than that for the negative group(16 months)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression level of RRM1 protein could be considered one of the predicting markers of prognosis in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
