摘　　要：玉米须是由花柱和柱头组成的玉米副产品,是中国传统中药材之一。玉米须含有多糖、黄酮等多种功能成分,具有抗氧化、免疫调节等多种功效。本文在对研究文献进行综合分析的基础上,阐述了玉米须采收、提取与加工工艺技术,并就玉米须加工产品的特点与开发前景进行了探讨,以期为玉米须高效利用和深度开发提供技术参考。Corn silk is a byproduct of corn composed of style and stigma,which is one of the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.Corn silk contains polysaccharides,flavones and other functional components,with antioxidant and immunomodulatory effect and other efficacy.This paper expounds the technology of corn silk harvesting,extracting and processing based on the comprehensive analysis of research literatures,and discusses the characteristics and development prospect of corn silk processing products,which aims to provide technical reference for efficient utilization and in-depth development of corn silk.
