针灸镇痛应用于急性牙髓炎一次性根管术治疗临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸镇痛应用于急性牙髓炎一次性根管术镇痛中的临床疗效。方法:将120例急性牙髓炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各60例。对照组给予常规阿替卡因和利多卡因局部阻滞麻醉治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予针灸镇痛治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为1.67%,低于对照组11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸镇痛应用于急性牙髓炎一次性根管术镇痛中,临床疗效确切,不良反应小,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture analgesia on one-time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis. Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute pulpitis were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was given local block anesthesia treatment with conventional articaine and lidocaine, and the study group was additionally given acupuncture analgesia based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 98.33% in the study group, higher than that of 85.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.67%, lower than that of 11.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture analgesia is clinically effective in one-time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis,with small side effect and high safety.
