健康中国视域下福建特色民间体育康复功能的挖掘与研究--基于永春白鹤拳的个案调查

摘　　要：在健康中国的时代背景下,传统体育康复日渐被认可和运用,为了挖掘更多优秀传统体育的康复功能,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,选取永春白鹤拳为个案对福建特色民间体育的康复功能进行挖掘和研究。结果显示,永春白鹤拳动作外形刚猛且不失柔化,吞吐浮沉,浮如白鹤欲飞,沉如落地生根,这种刚柔相济、以意行气的独特动作可以疏通经络,调理脏腑;其内功具有独特的调息固气和导引吐纳的方法,蓄气于丹田,运劲于手足,可以达到内外兼修之效果。永春白鹤拳是福建特色民间传统体育的杰出代表,具有较强的健身价值和康复功能。Under the background of healthy China,traditional sports rehabilitation is increasingly recognized and used.In order to explore the rehabilitation function of more excellent traditional sports,this study uses literature and logical analysis and other methods,selecting Yongchun Bai He Quan as a case to explore and to study the rehabilitation function of Fujian characteristic folk sports.The results show that the shape of Yongchun Bai He Quan is strong and soft,and it can absorb the ups and downs,floating like a white crane wants to fly,sinking as if it rooted on the ground.This unique action of combining hardness and softness and moving Qi with the mind can dredge the meridians and regulate the viscera.Its internal skill contains a unique method of regulating breath,strengthening Qi and guiding vomit.It can help people store Qi in the elixir field and use its strength in hands and feet,by which the effect of both internal and external cultivation can be reached.Yongchun Bai He Quan is an outstanding representative of Fujian characteristic folk traditional sports,which has strong fitness value and rehabilitation function.
