摘　　要：孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)是常见的急性致盲性眼部疾病,若不及时治疗,将严重影响患者的生活及工作。与上方裂孔引起的孔源性视网膜脱离相比,下方孔源性视网膜脱离术后复发率较高。因此,选择适当的手术方式对患者至关重要。本文中笔者对下方孔源性视网膜脱离手术治疗的进展进行综述。Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is a common acute blinding eye disease.RRD can seriously affect one′s quality of life if not treated in time.Compared with superior rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,the recurrence rate of the inferior rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is higher,so the selection of appropriate surgical methods is crucial for patients.The progress of surgical treatment of inferior rhegmatogenous retinal detachment was reviewed in this paper.
