摘　　要：与监狱矫正相比,对青少年罪犯的社区矫治越来越成为当今人道主义观念所要求的行刑方式。该文通过对相关文献的研究,致力于对青少年社区矫治的内涵、必要性、方法以及我国的青少年社区矫治存在的问题、展望做一个综合的述评。Comparing with the traditional prison correction for adolescent criminals,the community correction is becoming an increasing necessary method for the whole world nowadays.This paper has analyzed relevant papers in order to review the meaning,necessity,and methods of community correction for adolescent criminals,as well as the problems and prospects of community correction for adolescent criminals in China.
