摘　　要：《伤寒论》中的三阴三阳一直是中医界的讨论焦点,中医各家学说,百家争鸣,对于《伤寒论》的三阴三阳解析也是众说纷纭。本研究尝试从《黄帝内经》中三阴三阳的角度剖析《伤寒论》中的三阴三阳的含义,两者在理论上是一脉相承的。《伤寒论》中六经病证体系源于《黄帝内经》中三阴三阳经络脏腑理论、三阴三阳气量多少理论、“三阴三阳的开阖枢理论”“三阴三阳运气学说理论”等,从而可见,阴阳理论的思维方式属意象思维,不可固定而论,需灵活运用。同时就《伤寒论》中的出现的喘证进行了详细的阐述,从而揭示了张仲景对各种原因所致喘的不同治疗方法,反映了张仲景辨证论治思想与临床遣药的灵活性,为研究仲景学说提供依据。Three yin and three yang in Shanghan Lun is always the focus of discussion in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Various theories of TCM and a hundred schools of thought contend.There are different opinions on the analysis of the three yin and three yang in Shanghan Lun.This article tries to analyze the meaning of three yin and three yang in Shanghan Lun from the perspective of three yin and three yang in Huangdi Neijing.The 2 are the same in theory.System of six-channel diseases in Shanghan Lun originates from some theories in Huangdi Neijing,including three yin and three yang meridians viscera theory,three yin three yang qi quantity theory,"three yin and three yang open close pivot theory","three yin and three yang qi circulation theory"etc.In this regard,yin and yang theory,the thinking way of imagery thinking,is not fixed,but should be used flexibly.At the same time,this paper expatiates the asthma syndrome in the Shanghan Lun,revealing ZHANG Zhongjing's different treatment methods for asthma caused by various factors,reflecting ZHANG Zhongjing's dialectical treatment thought and the flexibility of clinical dispensation,and providing some clues for the study of ZHANG Zhongjing's theory.
