不同职称、教学经验对心电图教学成绩的影响

摘　　要：回顾性分析301名临床医学专业学生心电图成绩,根据带教老师职称及历年带教学时时长分组,比较分析各组学生心电图成绩的差异。副高组和中级组以及各个学时长组学生间心电图成绩差异无统计学意义。不同职称与年资的教师对学生心电图的教学影响并不像我们所以为的那样,高年资、高职称教师所带心电图学生成绩就会更好。Retrospectively analyze the electrocardiogram scores of 301 clinical medicine students.According to the teacher title and the teaching time,the difference of the scores among the groups was compared.No statistical difference was found in different title and teaching experience groups.The result is not the same as we thought that the student’s electrocardiogram scores will be better in higher title and higher qualification teacher group.
