摘 要:医学生麻醉专业临床实践教学,由于教学内容复杂,且常受到手术室内多来源因素影响,教学效果常不能达到预期。通过深入分析认知负荷理论发现,教学效果与医学生工作记忆的容量限制有关.通过分层次合理调控内在负荷,标准化教学方法减少外在负荷,促进有效负荷,使教学内容有效整合入长时记忆,而获得最佳教学效果。The clinical practice teaching of anesthesiology for medical students is often influenced by many factors in operating rooms,as well as its complicated teaching content,the teaching effect of which can’t always achieve the expected result.Through the in-depth analysis of cognitive load theory,it is found that the teaching effect is related to the capacity limitation of medical students’working memory.Cognitive load theory can improve the teaching by adjusting internal load reasonably at different levels and standardized teaching methods to reduce external load,and then integrate teaching content into long-term memory effectively by promoting effective load,so as to achieve the best teaching effect.
