摘　　要：目前中药学人才继承不足、缺乏创新,阻碍了中药学的发展。信息化作为目前中药学人才培养的新趋势,要求在符合中药学人才成长规律的同时加强对信息技术的重视和运用。通过强化师资力量建设、开展“线上+线下”教学、建设信息化知识平台、推动高校和企业合作,实现信息化人才培养模式的构建。信息化人才培养模式有助于打破传统教学理念的桎梏,促进中药知识体系建设,创新教学方法,转变学习思维,满足多层次人才需求并提高人才培养质量,利用先进的信息技术带领中药学向更高水平发展。TCM pharmacy is famous as an outstanding cultural feature of Chinese civilization.However,the current shortage of talents in TCM and lack of innovation have hindered the development of TCM pharmacy.Informatization,as a new trend in the training of TCM pharmacy talents,requires that the emphasis and application of information technology be strengthened while following the law of growth of TCM pharmacy talents.By strengthening the construction of teachers,carrying out“online+offline”teaching,building an informatization knowledge platform,and promoting cooperation between universities and enterprises,the establishment of an informatization talent training model is realized.The information-based talent training model is helpful to break the shackles of traditional teaching concepts,promote the construction of TCM knowledge system,innovate teaching methods,transforming learning thinking,meet the needs of multi-level talents and improve the quality of talent training,and use advanced information technology to lead the development of TCM pharmacy to a higher level.
