基于孙子兵法的企业家素质模型研究

摘　　要：将孙子所提出的将领五个方面的素质因素(“将者,智、信、仁、勇、严也”)作为测量企业家素质指标,构建基于孙子兵法的企业家素质模型,可以为企业家理论研究贡献新知识,并期望能够为社会培养企业家提供理论参考。根据孙子论述的优秀将领的五个素质因素,开发测量企业家素质的指标,并以李克特(Liket Scale)七分量表进行问卷测量,通过对辽宁省219家企业的总经理素质与企业经营绩效的问卷调查,建立企业家素质与企业创新与经营绩效的结构方程,运用SPSS和AMOS软件进行分析,从而建立基于孙子兵法的企业家素质模型。样本系数α为0.814,量表的信度水平较高;研究模型检测结果显示,残差均方和平方根RMR为0.046(小于0.05),GFI为0.976,AGFI为0.948,模型适配度很好;研究结果表明,所构建的基于孙子兵法的企业家素质模型在理论上是合理的,并具有实际可操作性,同时,丰富了企业家理论研究,对企业家的培养与选拔也具有参考价值。This paper takes general’s five aspects of quality factors(the virtues of wisdom,sincerity,benevolence,courage and strictness)proposed by Sun Tzu as indicators to measure the quality of entrepreneurs and constructs an entrepreneur quality model based on Sun Tzu’s art of war so as to contribute new knowledge to entrepreneurial theoretical research and provide a theoretical reference for the social training and development of entrepreneurs.Based on the five quality factors of outstanding generals proposed by Sun Tzu,this paper develops indicators to measure the quality of entrepreneurs with Likert’s seven-point scale,designs a questionnaire on the quality of general managers and business performance of 219 companies in Liaoning Province,China,establishes the structural equation of entrepreneurial quality and corporate innovation and business performance,uses SPSS and AMOS to conduct the analysis,and contructs an entrepreneurial quality model based on Sun Tzu’s art of war.The analysis shows thatαcoefficient is 0.814 and the reliability of the scale is relatively high.The research model test results show that the mean square and square root of residual RMR is 0.046(less than 0.05),GFI is 0.976,AGFI is 0.948,and the model fit is very good.The research results show that the entrepreneurial quality model based on Sun Tzu’s art of war is suitable in theory and has practical operability.According to Sun Tzu’s general qualities,through large sample empirical research,an entrepreneur quality model based on Sun Tzu’s art of war is established and new knowledge is proposed,which has enriched the theoretical research of entrepreneurs and also has reference value for the cultivation and selection of entrepreneurs.
