摘  要:当前,铁路为社会经济发展、人民生活水平提高提供了重要支持。为考察铁路发展对居民收入的影响情况,在提出影响路径的基础上,文章通过空间面板模型对影响效果及其空间溢出效应进行检验。研究结果表明:铁路发展不仅能够显著促进本省居民收入,还通过空间溢出效应提高邻近区域的居民收入,且在影响居民收入的关键因素中铁路营业里程的作用更强;铁路发展对不同地区居民收入的影响存在异质性,促进程度为由强到弱为:西部>东部>中部;居民收入具有空间相关性,地域邻近的其他省域居民收入增加会提高本省居民收入,这种现象在东部地区表现更强。Nowadays, railways have played a positive role in social economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards. In order to investigate the impact of railway development on residents’ income, the impact effect and spatial spillover effect were tested by space panel model based on the proposed impact path. And the results show that the railway development can not only significantly promote the residents’ income in local province, but also increase the residents’ income in the neighboring regions through the spatial spillover effect. Among the key factors affecting the income of residents, the influence of railway operating mileage is stronger.Further research shows that there is heterogeneity in the influence of railway development on residents’ income in different regions of China, and the promotion degree from strong to weak is western, eastern and middle region. In addition, it is found that residents’ income has spatial correlation, and the increase of residents’ income in neighboring provinces has a positive impact on residents’ income in local province, which is more obvious in eastern regions.
