企业家人力资本对企业绿色创新能力的影响研究

摘　　要：从人力资本视角,将企业家人力资本分成能力性、知识性和能动性三类,将企业绿色创新能力分成绿色创新投入、绿色创新技术和绿色创新控制三种能力,构建了理论模型。基于2016—2019年医药行业上市公司数据,实证结果发现:企业家能力性人力资本与企业绿色创新投入能力、绿色创新技术能力以及绿色创新控制能力均显著正相关;知识性人力资本与绿色创新技术能力和绿色创新投入能力显著正相关,但对绿色创新控制能力的影响不显著;能动性人力资本对绿色创新投入能力的影响不显著,且与绿色创新技术能力以及绿色创新控制能力均呈现显著的负相关关系。研究结论对企业充分开发企业家人力资本,提升企业绿色创新能力具有实践意义。From the perspective of human capital,the entrepreneur's human capital is divided into three types of human capital:competence,knowledge and initiative.And the company's green innovation capability is divided into three types of capabilities:green innovation input,green innovation technology,and green innovation control.A theoretical model is built.Based on the data of listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry from 2016 to 2019,the empirical results found:entrepreneurial human capital is significantly positively correlated with corporate green innovation input capacity and green innovation technology capacity,and green innovation control capabilities.The knowledge human capital is significantly positively correlated with green innovation technological capabilities and green innovation investment capabilities,but has no significant impact on green innovation control capabilities.The active human capital has no significant effect on green innovation investment capabilities,and has a significant negative correlation with green innovation technological capabilities and green innovation control capabilities.The research conclusions have important practical significance for how companies can fully develop entrepreneurial human capital and enhance their green innovation capabilities.
