摘　　要：现阶段的动物食品安全引起社会各界的高度关注,由于人口数量不断增加,再加上对食品的需求量不断提升,需要在动物防检疫方面不断的强化。很多区域因为在检疫工作上出现放松的态度,导致食品安全受到严重的破坏,不仅造成较多的流行疾病,同时对百姓的身心健康产生影响。动物防检疫的工作开展要结合食品安全的要求,对检疫的方法、体系更好的创新,促使相关问题的解决中,能按照针对性的思路完善,对动物防检疫的综合内涵不断的丰富。At this stage,the safety of animal food has aroused great concern from all walks of life,due to the growing population and the increasing demand for food,animal quarantine needs to be strengthened.As a result of the relaxed attitude towards quarantine work in many regions,food safety has been seriously undermined,not only causing more epidemic diseases,but also affecting the physical and mental health of the population.The work of animal quarantine prevention and quarantine should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of food safety,with better innovations in the methods and systems of quarantine,and with a view to improving the relevant problems in accordance with the targeted thinking,the comprehensive connotation of animal quarantine is constantly enriched.
