帕金森病患者血尿酸变化与功能情感障碍及神经递质、细胞因子的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究帕金森病(PD)患者血尿酸变化与功能情感障碍及神经递质、细胞因子的相关性。方法选择2016年2月至2020年3月期间在瓦房店第三医院诊断为PD的患者70例作为PD组,同期在我院体检的健康志愿者100例作为对照组,采用帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价功能情感障碍,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血尿酸水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试剂盒检测神经递质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(Glu)、多巴胺(DA)及细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的水平。结果PD组患者的血尿酸水平为(251.35±37.24)μmol/L,明显低于对照组的(298.12±56.94)μmol/L;PD组患者的UPDRS评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分及血清GABA、Glu、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显高于对照组,且与血尿酸水平呈负相关;血清DA、BDNF水平明显低于对照组,且与血尿酸水平呈正相关。结论帕金森病患者血尿酸的降低能够加重功能情感障碍,并影响神经递质、细胞因子的分泌。Objective To study the relationship between changes in serum uric acid and functional affective disorders,neurotransmitters and cytokines in patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods A total of 70 patients who were diagnosed with PD in Wafangdian Third Hospital from February 2016 to March 2020 were selected as the PD group.During the same period,a total of 100 healthy volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The Parkinson′s disease comprehensive rating scale(UPDRS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate functional and affective disorders.Automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect blood uric acid level,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit was used to detect the levels of neurotransmittersγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),glutamic acid(Glu),dopamine(DA)and cytokines interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF).Results The blood uric acid level in the PD group was(251.35±37.24)μmol/L,which was significantly lower than that of(298.12±56.94)μmol/L in the control group;the UPDRS score,HAMA score,HAMD score and serum GABA,Glu,IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels in the PD group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and were negatively correlated with blood uric acid level.Serum DA and BDNF levels were significantly lower than those in the control group and were positively correlated with blood uric acid level.Conclusion The reduction of serum uric acid in the patients with Parkinson′s disease can aggravate functional affective disorders and affect the secretion of neurotransmitters and cytokines.
