保乳手术与改良根治术对乳腺癌患者并发症及生存预后的影响比较

摘　　要：目的分析对乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术或改良根治术后对其并发症及生存预后的影响比较。方法选择2018年1月至2019年5月本院收治的50例乳腺癌女性患者作为研究对象,并按其入院日的奇偶数分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组接受保乳手术的治疗方式,对照组接受改良根治术的治疗方式。对比两组患者手术指标、术后并发症总发生率及近期治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组的手术时间、住院时间更短,术中出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为20.00%,明显低于对照组的52.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组总有效率比较(88.00%vs.80.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术的治疗方式,能减少患者术后并发症的发生率,缩短患者的手术时间、住院时间,减少其术中出血量,保障患者的治疗效果,使其有较好的术后恢复状态,使其术后仍能保持较好的乳房外形。Objective To analyze the impacts of breast-conserving surgery or modified radical mastectomy on complications and survival prognosis of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 50 female patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given breast-conserving surgery,and the control group was given modified radical mastectomy according to the odd and even number of admission days.The operation indexes,postoperative complications and short-term treatment efficacies in both the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter,the volume of intraoperative hemorrhage was less,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 20.00%,which was lower than 52.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in short-term treatment efficacy rate(88.00%vs.80.00%)between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer patients can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the volume of intraoperative hemorrhage,ensure the treatment efficacy of patients,and give them a better postoperative recovery state,so that they can still maintain a better breast shape after operation.
