左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效及其安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取福建医科大学附属龙岩市第一医院2018年5月—2019年12月收治的癫痫患儿86例,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予以丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组予以左乙拉西坦治疗。2组均持续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(MoCA)评分,住院时间,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组MoCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患儿临床症状和认知功能,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect and the safety of levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods A total of 86 cases of children with levetiracetam were selected from May 2018 to December 2019 in Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium valproate sustainedrelease tablets,the observation group was treated with levetiracetam.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical effect,MoCA score before and after treatment,hospitalization time were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MoCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the score of MoCA in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The observation group of hospitalization time was shorter than control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam have an exact clinical effect for epilepsy in children,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of children,and with high safety.
