摘　　要：合理用药作为医疗服务质量和医疗安全的重要指标之一,承担着患者用药安全的保障。目前,医疗机构的中药用药安全管理相对薄弱。作者以绩效考核指标为指引,创建中药用药安全管理系统五大系统,包括中药调剂质量管理系统、中药合理用药管控系统、中药合理用药评价系统、肿瘤患者用药管理系统和中药不良反应监测系统,形成从中药质量管理至患者使用全过程的闭环式信息化建设,为促进中药药事管理提供一定的参考。As one of the important indicators of medical service quality and medical safety,rational drug using is the guarantee of patients′medication safety.At present,the safety management of traditional Chinese medicine in medical institutions is relatively weak.Guided by the performance evaluation indicators,the authors established safety management system of traditional Chinese medicine,including Chinese medicine dispensing quality management system,Chinese medicine rational drug use management and control system,Chinese medicine rational drug use evaluation system,cancer patient medication management system and Chinese medicine adverse reaction monitoring system,forming a closed-loop information construction from Chinese medicine quality management to patient use.The system could provide some reference for the management of traditional Chinese medicine.
