摘  要:目的通过医学生突发事件应急素质现状评价,探寻医学高校应急素质重点干预对象和关键障碍问题,为我国高校开展安全教育与管理提供参考依据。方法利用文献分析等方法构建医学生应急素质评价模型,采用问卷星平台对某医学高校在校医学专业本科生进行调查和数据收集工作。利用SPSS20.0软件进行统计分析。结果调查共收回有效问卷5208份,有效率为98.6%。42.3%的被调查者认为应急素质一般及以下。应急素质自评分男生明显高于女生(t=12.56,P<0.01),低年级明显高于高年级(F=3.37,P<0.05)。应急知识、态度、行为评分分别为3.25分、4.02分和3.74分,两组之间存在差异显著性(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、应急知信行水平是影响医学生应急素质主要因素。影响应急素质关键障碍性问题主要聚集在应急知识维度。结论性别、年级、知信行是影响医学生应急素质主要因素,应急素质关键障碍性问题主要聚集在应急知识维度,医学高校应进一步加强医学生应急安全教育与管理。Objective Through the evaluation of medical students’emergency quality,to explore major intervention objects and key obstacles of medical students’emergency quality,and to provide reference for the development of safety education and management in Chinese universities.Methods Literature analysis and other methods were used to construct the emergency quality evaluation model of medical students,and the questionnaire platform was used to investigate and collect data of medical undergraduates in a medical university.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Result A total of 5208 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 98.6%.42.3%of the respondents believed that the quality of emergency response was average or below.The self-graded emergency quality of male students was significantly higher than female students(t=12.56,P<0.01),and lower grades was significantly higher than higher grades(F=3.37,P<0.05).The scores of emergency knowledge,attitude and behavior were 3.25,4.02 and 3.74,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that gender and the level of emergency knowledge,attitude and behavior were the main factors affecting the emergency quality of medical students.The key barriers affecting the quality of emergency response were mainly concentrated in the dimension of emergency knowledge.Conclusion Gender,grade,knowledge,attitude and behavior are main factors affecting emergency quality of medical students,and the key obstacles of emergency quality are mainly concentrated in the dimension of emergency knowledge.Medical universities should further strengthen emergency safety education and management of medical students.
