摘  要:为实现复合地板的无醛饰面,采用水性丙烯酸树脂对花梨木、樟子松薄木和原纸进行浸渍,研究丙烯酸树脂浓度对黏度、浸胶量的影响及浸渍时间对丙烯酸树脂浸胶量的影响。结果表明:随着水性丙烯酸树脂浓度的降低,其黏度也随之降低,当树脂浓度降至84%,其黏度呈现明显下降的趋势,随后趋于相对稳定;结合水性丙烯酸树脂浓度对浸胶量和挥发物含量的影响,优选浸渍纸的树脂浓度为68%,浸渍花梨木、樟子松薄木的树脂浓度为80%;实验室优选薄木与原纸的浸渍时间均为1 min。In order to realize the function of formaldehyde free facing of composite floor,in this study,the impregnation of water-based acrylic resin on rosewood veneer,camphor pine veneer and base paper was studied.The influence of acrylic resin concentration on viscosity,acrylic resin concentration on the impregnation amount,and impregnation time on the impregnation amount of acrylic resin was investigated.The results showed that the viscosity of the resin decreased with the decrease of the concentration of water-based acrylic acid.When the concentration of acrylic acid decreased to 84%,the viscosity of the resin decreased obviously.The resin concentration of impregnated paper was 68%,impregnated rosewood veneer and camphor pine veneer was 80%.In addition,the final laboratory optimized impregnation time for both the veneer and the impregnated paper was 1 min.
