美多巴联合普拉克索对帕金森患者UPDRSⅢ评分、TESS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨美多巴联合普拉克索在帕金森患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年6月于本院接受治疗的帕金森患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规治疗+美多巴治疗,观察组给予常规治疗+美多巴+普拉克索治疗,比较两组统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRSⅢ)评分、副反应量表系统(TESS)评分及帕金森分级情况。结果观察组治疗后UPDRSⅢ评分低于对照组,治疗1、4、8、12周时TSS评分均低于对照组,且帕金森病Hoehn-Yahr分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美多巴联合普拉克索可降低帕金森患者UPDRSⅢ评分,改善TESS评分,控制帕金森疾病进展。Objective To explore the effect of Madopar combined with pramipexole in patients with Parkinson’s.Methods A total of 86 Parkinson’s patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment+medopa treatment,and the observation group was given conventional treatment+medopa+pramipexole treatment.The two groups were compared with the unified Parkinson’s disease score scale(UPDRSⅢ)score and the side effect scale system(TESS)score And Parkinson’s classification.Results The UPDRSⅢscore of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the TSS scores were lower than the control group at 1 week,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks,and the Hoehn-Yahr classification of Parkinson’s disease was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Madopar combined with pramipexole can reduce the UPDRSⅢscore of Parkinson’s patients,improve the TESS score,and control the progression of Parkinson’s disease.
