高校技术转移能力时空格局演化及影响因素研究——基于中国省域数据

摘　　要：文章基于均方差决策法和熵权法测度了我国高校技术转移能力,运用空间趋势面法、探索性空间数据分析法和地理加权回归模型进一步探析了其时空格局演化特征及影响因素。研究发现:我国高校技术转移能力整体水平不高并显现出很大的提升空间。全局空间关联格局空间集聚特性显著,局部空间关联格局空间锁定性较强。影响因素对高校技术转移能力的作用力存在较明显的地域差异性,从强到弱依次为区域信息化水平、区域基础设施水平、区域科技人力资源水平、区域经济增长率水平、政府财政支持力度与区域对外开放水平。最后,结合研究结论提出了相应的对策建议。Ba sed on measures the level of university technology transfer ability by using the mean square deviation weighting method and the entropy method,the spatial trend surface method,the exploratory spatial data analysis method and GWR model are used to further study temporal-spatial pattern evolution and influencing factors of university technology transfer ability in China.It shows that The overall level of university technology transfer ability is not high and has great potential for improvement.Global spatial correlation patterns shows significant spatial agglomeration characteristics and local spatial correlation patterns shows strong spatial locking.There are obvious regional difference characteristics in influencing factors of university technology transfer ability.The force from strong to weak is in turn regional informatization level,regional infrastructure level,regional S&T human resource level,regional economic growth level,government financial support and regional Opening-up level.Finally based on the above research conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
