摘　　要：脑缺血疾病是危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,其发生机制包括能量代谢障碍、代谢性酸中毒、Ca 2+超载、兴奋性氨基酸分泌、自由基生成增多、炎症反应、细胞凋亡及细胞自噬等。藏药性质特殊,且藏药方剂成分复杂、炮制工艺和服用方法独特,使藏药对脑缺血疾病有着巨大的治疗潜力。本文就脑缺血疾病的发病机制及单味藏药和藏药方剂治疗脑缺血疾病的研究现状予以综述,以期为脑缺血疾病的病理研究提供理论依据,同时为藏药的临床应用提供参考。Cerebral ischemic disease is one of the main diseases that endanger human health.The pathogenesis of cerebral ischemic injury includes energy metabolism disorders,metabolic acidosis,Ca 2+overload,excitatory amino acid secretion,increased free radical production,inflammatory response,apoptosis and autophagy.The characteristics of Tibetan medicine are special,and the composition of Tibetan medicine is complex,the processing technology and the method of taking it are unique,making Tibetan medicine have great therapeutic potential for cerebral ischemic diseases.This article reviewd the pathogenesis of cerebral ischemic disease and the research progress of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of cerebral ischemic disease,providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of cerebral ischemic disease by Tibetan medicine.
