摘 要:针对含短路抑制的旋转电弧信号,为提高电流信号信噪比,提出了一种组合滤波方法。首先,在电流信号中运用差分法确定短路抑制位置;再将短路抑制特性与差分特点相结合,确定短路抑制的起点和终点位置,对抑制段信号进行线性修复。然后,采用中值滤波、均值滤波以及平滑滤波等对电流信号滤波。最后,通过滤波后信号与基于实际熔池的理论模型电流信号分析对比及预设固定偏差的试验,证明组合滤波的有效性。Aiming at the rotating arc signal with short circuit suppressing, in order to improve the current signal-to-noise ratio, a combined filtering method was proposed. Firstly, the short-circuit suppression position in the current signal was determined by the difference method. The short-circuit suppression characteristic was analyzed combined with the differential characteristic to determine the starting point and the end position of the short-circuit suppression, and the suppression segment signal was linearly repaired. Then, the current signal was filtered by median filtering, mean filtering, and smoothing filtering.Finally, the effectiveness of the combined filtering was proved by comparing the filtered signal with the theoretical model current signal based on the actual molten pool and the preset fixed deviation test.
