摘　　要：女性高等教育是高等教育的一个组成部分,需要遵循高等教育规律和女性人才成长规律,既要顺应社会经济的外在要求,又要通过输出卓越的女性人才来引导性别先进文化并创造性别和谐发展的社会。女子高校是高等学校的一个独特类型,是历史与逻辑的统一,有其存在的合理性和必要性。新时代女子高校应该牢牢抓住发展的核心要素,塑造卓越的教育品质,成为吸引优秀女性、助推女性成长成才的社会中枢。As a component of higher education,female higher education should follow the laws of higher education and the growth of female talents.It should not only comply with the external requirements of social economy,but also guide the advanced gender culture and create a harmonious society by cultivating outstanding female talents.As a unique type of higher institutes as well as a unity of history and logic,women’s college possesses its own rationality and necessity.Women’s colleges should firmly grasp the core elements of development,shape excellent educational quality,and become the social center to attract outstanding women and boost their growth.
