摘　　要：抑郁和焦虑是帕金森病(PD)常见的非运动症状,对患者的情绪和生活质量产生极大的负面影响。目前针对PD抑郁焦虑的治疗还缺乏足够的循证医学证据。本文对近年来的有关PD抑郁焦虑治疗药物的文献进行综述,为临床用药选择提供依据,以便临床医师及时有效地对PD抑郁焦虑症状进行干预。Depression and anxiety are common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson′s disease(PD),which have a great negative impact on patients′mood and quality of life.At present,there are not enough evidence-based medicine evidences for the treatment of depression and anxiety in PD.In this paper,we review the literatures for depression and anxiety in PD in recent years,so as to provide evidences for clinical drug selection,so that clinicians can timely and effectively intervene the depression and anxiety symptoms in PD.
