知识响应对交互记忆系统的影响研究——基于知识权力视角

摘　　要：基于知识管理的理论框架,在众创空间88个众创团队的386成员样本基础上,文章实证研究了知识权力、知识分享与知识隐藏对团队交互记忆系统的作用机理。研究发现,知识权力对团队交互记忆系统的子维度专长性与协调度具有正向影响,但对子维度的可信度影响不显著;知识分享对团队交互记忆系统整体具有正向影响,知识权力对此具有正向调节作用;知识隐藏行为对团队交互记忆系统可信度与协调度有负向影响,但对团队交互记忆系统的专长性影响不显著,而知识权力对此具有正向调节作用。研究得出了众创团队个体在面对"知识求助"时,无论选择"知识分享"还是"知识隐藏"的响应行为,都直接影响团队形成高效交互记忆系统的结论,另外,众创团队的知识权力对交互记忆系统同时具有主效应与调节效应。Based on the theoretical of knowledge management and the sample of 386 members in 88 entrepreneurial team, explored the mechanism of action about knowledge power, knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding on team transactive memory systems. Studies have found that knowledge power has a positive impact on the expertise and coordination of team transactive memory system, but it has no significant effect on the credibility of team transactive memory system;Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on the overall of team transactive memory system, and knowledge power has a positive coordinating effect on it;Knowledge hiding behavior has a negative effect on the credibility and coordination of the team interactive memory system, but it has no significant impact on the expertise of the team’s interactive memory system, while knowledge power has a positive regulating effect on it. Research shows that when individuals of entrepreneurial team face "knowledge help", whether they choose "knowledge sharing" or "knowledge hiding" response behavior, it will directly affect the team TMS. In addition, the knowledge power has both a main effect and a moderating effect on TMS.
