摘  要:以猴头菇为研究对象,采用金针菇菌糠、滤泥等廉价培养基质,通过优化液体菌种和栽培培养基配方、栽培方式等建立猴头菇高效栽培技术体系。结果表明,猴头菇液体菌种的培养基配方为H3,培养到第4天时活力最强;猴头菇栽培培养基配方W2;栽培方式以小口径、不需要搔菌为好;比较菌糠培养基与纯玉米芯培养基栽培获得的子实体,金针菇菌糠培养基培养的猴头菇菌丝生长速度更快,菌丝满袋时间和现蕾时间更短,子实体重量提高44%,并且具有更高的营养价值。The efficient cultivation technology system of Hericium erinaceus was established by optimizing the formula of liquid medium and culture medium, cultivation methods with low-cost culture substrate such as waste culture substrate of Flammulina velutipes and filter mud. The results show that, the best formula of liquid medium formulation of H. erinaceus is H3. H. erinaceus had the strongest mycelial activity on the fourth day. The best formula of culture medium of H. erinaceus is W2. Cultivation method is to choose the cultivation bag with smaller caliber without scratching the mycelia. Compared with the corncob culture medium, it was found that the mycelia growth rate of H. erinaceus cultured in the new culture substrate was higher, the full bag time and budding time were shorter, and the fruiting body weight increased by 44%,and it has higher nutritional value.
