云南陆良地区平菇周年栽培品种筛选试验

摘　　要：通过比较16个平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)菌株的菌丝生长速度、现原基时间、转潮时间、出菇温度、菇体颜色、菇片厚度、菇柄大小、单产量、抗病虫害等农艺性状,筛选适合云南陆良地区周年化生产的平菇品种。结果表明,CCEF89、99、12、17、平2、平3、平5、4142、4195、茶39、丰平王、早丰7号综合性状表现好,适合在陆良地区推广栽培。By comparing the mycelial growth rate, the time of appearing Primordium, the time of turning tide, the temperature of producing mushroom, the color of mushroom, the thickness of mushroom slice, the size of stalk, the yield per unit area and the resistance to diseases and insect pests of 16 Pleurotus ostreatus strains, the results showed that the mycelial growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus was higher than that of Pleurotus ostreatus, selection of Pleurotus ostreatus suitable for annual production in Luliang area of Yunnan Province. the results showed that CCEF89, 99, 12, 17, Ping 2, Ping 3, Ping 5, 4142, 4195, Cha 39, Fengpingwang and Zaofeng 7 were suitable for culturing in Luliang.
