摘　　要：帕金森病是最常见的以运动障碍为主要临床表现的神经退行性疾病。随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,帕金森病患者对非运动症状改善的需求愈加强烈。其中排尿功能障碍是帕金森病常见的非运动症状症状,表现为尿急、尿频、夜尿症、急迫性尿失禁等,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文简述排尿生理过程、帕金森病排尿障碍及其诊治现状和前沿,旨在提高临床医师对帕金森病排尿障碍的早期诊治水平,改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。Parkinson’s disease is the most common neurodegenerative disease, with dyskinesia as its main clinical manifestation. With the improvement of people’s quality of life, the demand for improvement of non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson’s disease is becoming stronger and stronger. Urinary dysfunction is a common non-motor symptom of Parkinson’s disease, which is characterized by urgent urination, frequent urination, nocturia and urgent urinary incontinence, etc. These symptoms affect the quality of patients’ life seriously. This article briefly describes the physiological process of urination, urinary dysfunction in Parkinson’s disease and the status quo and the frontier of diagnosis and treatment of it, aiming to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of the urinary dysfunction of Parkinson’s disease, improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
