摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院精神科联络会诊的临床特点.方法对某综合医院精神科2014年—2017年申请综合科会诊的461例住院患者的申请科室及诊疗情况进行统计分析.结果2014年—2017年总会诊率为11.45%,不同性别患者会诊率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),会诊率随患者年龄增加而上升,70岁以上患者会诊率最高.邀请会诊科室以骨外科、皮肤科、中医科、心血管内科、内分泌科、神经内科、呼吸内科、普通外科频次较高,会诊疾病以呼吸道感染、冠心病、心肌酶升高、糖尿病、骨折、皮肤病、肾病为主.结论综合医院较少设置精神科,应加强综合医院精神科联络会诊频次,为精神疾病患者提供更好的医疗服务.Objective To explore the clinical features of psychiatric liaison consultation in general hospitals.Methods A total of 461 inpatients who applied for a comprehensive consultation in a general hospital psychiatric department from 2014 to 2017 were statistically analyzed.Methods The application department and diagnosis and treatment conditions of 461 hospitalized patients who applied for the comprehensive consultation in the department of psychiatry of the hospital rom 2014 to 2017 were statistically analyzed.Results The total consultation rate from 2014 to 2017 was 11.45%.There was no significant difference in the consultation rate between different gender patients(P>0.05).The consultation rate increased with the age of the patients,and patients over the age of 70 have the highest consultation rate.Invited consultation departments with the highest frequency of orthopedics,dermatology,Chinese medicine,cardiovascular medicine,endocrinology,neurology,respiratory medicine,and general surgery.The consultation diseases were mainly respiratory tract infection,coronary heart disease,elevated myocardial enzymes,diabetes,fracture,skin disease and kidney disease.Conclusions Psychiatric departments are rarely set up in general hospitals.The frequency of psychiatric liaison consultations in general hospitals should be strengthened to provide better medical services for patients with mental illness.
