摘 要:为了安全地爆破开挖城市复杂环境下超高层密质砂岩20 m深基坑,通过选取合理的分层分区顺序,浅孔和深孔爆破相结合的技术方案,不断优化爆破参数和起爆网路设计,并通过现场相关爆破振动监测技术,对不同的爆破方式对地基扰动影响范围进行分析;通过采取喷雾式洒水等措施降低爆破粉尘对环境的影响;成功地完成了深基坑开挖爆破作业,确保了爆破开挖后的深基坑边坡、基坑基底原岩及周边建(构)筑物的安全;爆破的结果对类似深基坑开挖工程提供了良好的借鉴作用。In order to safely excavate the 20 m deep foundation pit of super high-rise dense sandstone in complex urban environment by blasting,selecting a reasonable sequence of layers and zones and combining short-hole blasting with deep-hole blasting,the blasting parameters and initiation network design are continuously optimized.Through the relevant blasting vibration detection technology,the influence range of different blasting methods on the foundation disturbance is analyzed.Measures such as spraying and sprinkling are adopted to reduce the environmental impact of blasting dust.The blasting operation of deep foundation pit excavation was successfully completed to ensure the safety of deep foundation pit slope,original rock of foundation pit base and surrounding building(structure)after blasting excavation.The blasting results provide a good reference for similar deep foundation pit excavation projects.
