摘 要:提出了一种新型电磁-碰撞复合阻尼减振方法,通过理论推导,分别建立振动系统在碰撞阻尼和电磁-碰撞复合阻尼作用下的振动力学模型。通过搭建减振实验平台,分别测得相同初始位移激励下的自由振动、加碰撞阻尼的振动以及加电磁-碰撞复合阻尼的振动曲线,验证了理论计算的正确性。实验结果表明:与无碰撞振动相比较,振动系统能够在加碰撞阻尼和加电磁-碰撞复合阻尼两种条件下加快减小振动的振幅,其中加电磁-碰撞复合阻尼条件下振幅的衰减速度最快。实验结果验证了这种新型电磁-碰撞复合阻尼能够有效的提高衰减振动的效率。A new electromagnetic-collision hybrid damping method is presented.Through theoretical derivations,the mathematical vibration models of the vibration system under the collision damping and electromagnetic-collision hybrid damping is established respectively.By setting up an vibration-absorption experimental platform,the curves of the free vibration,the collision-damping vibration and the electromagnetic-collision hybrid damping vibration under the excitation of the same initial displacement were measured respectively,and the correctness of the theoretical models were verified.The experimental results show that compared with the free vibration system,the amplitude of vibration systems with collision damping or electromagnetic-collision damping will decay more quickly.And the amplitude of the vibration system with electromagnetic-collision hybrid damping is reduced to the minimum.The experimental results show that this new electromagnetic-collision hybrid damping system can effectively improve the efficiency of vibration suppression.
