摘  要:测定索骨丹中的黄酮对不同自由基的体外抗氧化活性,并进行分析与评价。以黄酮对各自由基的清除率为指标,抗坏血酸作为对照,应用紫外-可见分光光度法和荧光分光光度法测定黄酮对各自由基的清除能力,并对索骨丹黄酮的抗氧化活性进行分析与评价。紫外光谱法测得索骨丹中黄酮最大清除率分别为对羟自由基63.54%、对亚硝酸盐66.38%、对超氧阴离子87.66%,对铁离子还原能力FRAP值达0.372;使用荧光光谱法测索骨丹黄酮最大清除率分别为对羟自由基95.54%、对超氧阴离子77.67%。通过对索骨丹黄酮的抗氧化活性进行分析与评价,为索骨丹药材的深入研发奠定了实验基础。The antioxidant activity of the extract from Rodgersia Aesculifolia Batal against different free radicals in vitro were determined,analyzed and evaluated.With the scavenging rate of flavonoids to free radicals as an index and ascorbic acid as a control,the scavenging capacity of flavonoids to free radicals was determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy,and then the antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Rodgersia Aesculifolia Batal was analyzed and evaluated.The maximum clearance rate of hydroxyl radicals by ultraviolet spectroscopy was 63.54%,to nitrite was 66.38%,and to superoxide anions was 87.66%.The reduction ability to iron ions FRAP was 0.372.The maximum scavenging rate to hydroxyl radicals was 95.54%and to superoxide anions was 77.67%by fluorescence spectrometry.The antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Rodgersia Aesculifolia Batal was analyzed and evaluated in this experiment,which provided a powerful experimental reference for the more effective utilization of Rodgersia Aesculifolia Batal.
