摘　　要：目的快速了解职业中学学生对艾滋病核心知识了解情况,为开展艾滋病防治工作提供参考。方法使用网络问卷平台设计简要电子问卷,在现场健康专题讲座前,由同学们使用手机扫描二维码获取问卷进行回答。结果收回问卷94份,有效问卷93份。同学们对艾滋病的直观感受以恐惧、死亡、不治之症、恶心等负向感受为主,占51.76%(44/85);70.97%(44/62)的同学知道艾滋病的性传播途径,66.13%(41/62)的同学能够在性方面提出自己的预防办法,仍有32.26%(20/62)的同学在传播途径与预防办法上存在一定的错误认识;不同性别、不同年龄的同学在对艾滋病的正负向感受、是否知道性传播途径、是否针对性方面提出预防办法上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);个别同学提出的感染者的权利与义务、如何面对感染等需求可能是以往健康教育者所易忽视的内容。结论在青年学生中广泛开展规范的性与生殖健康教育及艾滋病专题健康教育必要而紧迫。Objective To quickly understand the core knowledge of HIV/AIDS among vocational high school students,so as to provide reference for the AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods A brief electronic questionnaire was designed by using the network questionnaire platform.Before the on-site health lecture,the students scanned the QR code with their mobile phones to get the questionnaire to answer. Results A total of 94 questionnaires were collected and 93 were valid.The students’ intuitive feelings towards AIDS were mainly negative feelings such as fear,death,incurable disease,and nausea,accounting for 51.76%(44/85).70.97%(44/62) of the students knew the sexual transmission route of HIV,and 66.13%(41/62) of the students were able to put forward their own prevention methods in the sexual aspect,there were still 32.26%(20/62) of the students who had some misunderstanding on the transmission route and prevention method.There were no significant differences in positive and negative feelings of AIDS,whether knowing the route of sexual transmission and whether putting forward the prevention measures among students of different sexes and different ages(P>0.05).Some students put forward the rights and obligations of the HIV-infected peoples,how to face the infection and so on which may be the contents that the health educators easily ignored before. Conclusion It is necessary and urgent to carry out standardized sexual and reproductive health education and AIDS special health education among young students.
