摘  要:为科学评价自贸区的科技创新能力,将粗糙集、随机森林赋权(RFW)和离散数学中的竞赛图法(Tournament)引入自贸区科技创新能力的综合评价中,构建随机森林赋权竞赛图法(RFWT)模型,并结合中国上海等12个自贸区2018年的历史数据进行实证分析.研究结果显示:12个自贸区科技创新能力的先后排序为:广东自贸区、上海自贸区、浙江自贸区、湖北自贸区、天津自贸区、四川自贸区、陕西自贸区、福建自贸区、辽宁自贸区、重庆自贸区、河南自贸区、海南自贸区,实证结果更加客观、科学地反映了各自贸区科技创新能力的现实情况;构建的RFWT模型在综合评价研究方面具有普遍的适用性,同时,有效避免了主观因素和信息重叠带来的不利影响.In order to scientifically evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone(FTZ),the rough set,random forest weighting(RFW)and tournament graph method of discrete mathematics were introduced into comprehensive evaluation of science and technology innovation ability of free trade zone(FTZ),and the random forest weighted tournament(RFWT)model was constructed.The empirical analysis was conducted based on the statistical data of China’s 12 FTZs in 2018.The results show that the sequence of scientific and technological innovation capability of the 12 FTZs is as follows:Guangdong,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Hubei,Tianjin,Sichuan,Shanxi,Fujian,Liaoning,Chongqing,Henan and Hainan,the empirical results reflect the reality of scientific and technological innovation capability of FTZs more objectively and scientifically.The RFWT model has universal applicability in the comprehensive evaluation research,while effectively avoiding the adverse effects of subjective factors and information overlap.
