摘　　要：本文主要介绍了刺蒺藜中总皂苷的比较常用提取及分析测试方法,通过比较不同提取和分析测试方法的优缺点,为刺蒺藜中总皂苷的进一步研究提供参考。This paper mainly introduces the extraction and analysis test methods of total saponins in Tribulus terrestris.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction and analysis test methods,it provides a reference for the further study of total saponins in Tribulus terrestris.
